Zoho Finance Plus offers one application to generate quotes, get approvals and convert these quotes to sales orders and invoices to customers. The documents can be emailed to customers directly; whether quotes, orders, invoices or customer statements; without leaving the application. This functionality speeds up the processing of information by the back office who can access information in real-time to make informed and timely decisions.
In addition, Zoho Finance Plus includes a solid recurring billing (subscription) solution. The Subscription app lets you create recurring invoices and receive automatic payments by charging to customers' credit card details (*subscription to a payment gateway is required, e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
